by the sea.

What about you?

OP posts:
Imissmoominmama · 07/01/2022 17:37

In rural, unspoilt places by the sea.

Bluntness100 · 07/01/2022 17:38

@BHX3000

In a beautifully decorated apartment, with a sofa or comfy chair to sit on.
Do you not have a sofa or comfy chair?
Vicliz24 · 07/01/2022 17:39

In Greece 🇬🇷

BHX3000 · 07/01/2022 17:46

@Bluntness100 sadly I don’t, I rent and there is no living room, or space for a sofa Sad Tbh if I bothered to call a friend and organise a shopping trip I could probably fit one of those large chairs in my room. But it would look very strange for sure Grin

Badoukas · 07/01/2022 17:54

....in a house with better insulation!

MotherNaturesSon · 07/01/2022 17:57

I get to live in amazing Edinburgh so I'm jealous of no one now 😂

AnxiousPixie · 07/01/2022 18:01

Somewhere with a beautiful garden. I try really hard with mine and still have moss ridden grass and dead plants.

GreekGod · 07/01/2022 18:02

@Heruka

People who have close family members whom they like and feel supported by, living nearby to offer help with their kids and life in general.
Fully agree and more prevalent now with Covid as I really miss my lovely family in this pandemic
Waxonwaxoff0 · 07/01/2022 18:02

In London. Wish I could afford it.

forcedfun · 07/01/2022 18:03

with their children all the time. I keep busy with work and hobbies but I miss them a lot.

I live by the sea now and I love it. I grew up inland so I never take it for granted

FourTeaFallOut · 07/01/2022 18:05

In the house on the lake in What about Bob?

EvilPea · 07/01/2022 18:06

In their own home. Wether it’s mortgaged or outright.
Private rentings shit

furbabymama87 · 07/01/2022 18:08

In a house with a garden and 5 bedrooms.

RedCandyApple · 07/01/2022 18:08

In central London, I live in London but on the outskirts I would love to live more central

Dwenny · 07/01/2022 18:08

In a city, twice as jealous if its some swanky apartment.

JesusInTheCabbageVan · 07/01/2022 18:10

Currently, jealous of people in New Zealand. Beautiful scenery, weather, and a Prime Minister who isn't even remotely a dick.

BUT... this January DH and I have decided that we're definitely emigrating when we retire, to somewhere warm with good food and beautiful scenery. So in just 19 years other people will be jealous of us...

thefirstmrsrochester · 07/01/2022 18:11

In a castle in the Highlands.

Itonlytakesonetree · 07/01/2022 18:14

Totally agree.
LemonLimelight · 07/01/2022 18:17

In their own home, I also hate renting so much

WonderfulYou · 07/01/2022 18:21

mortgage free/ in a big house with lots of land.

Yep, NZ looks amazing. Start that countdown clock, it'll come round before you know it...19 years ago I had a neck & really didn't notice it disappearing so can guarantee it goes fast Grin
OhYeahyeahyeah · 07/01/2022 18:37

With a Garden that backs on to a River!

deadrave · 07/01/2022 18:37

By the sea somewhere warm enough you can spend evenings on the beach and have long summer days all year round.

bettertocryinamercedes · 07/01/2022 18:38

In a house

We are building and living in a static caravan. It's cold!

NotEnoughTime · 07/01/2022 18:40

in a house that has a window seat overlooking fabulous views of the countryside and sea Smile
