Anyone still eating leftover turkey? Or are we in food poisoning territory?

Our turkey (crown) has been wrapped in foil in the fridge since it was cooked and cooled on xmas day.

I’m thinking today is probably the last day it’s okay to eat? Or am I risking it?!

Was going to make into a pie filling with the leftover ham and freeze.

By now it's going in the dog's dinners to use it up...

I made these amazing hoisin meatballs with the last shreds last night & they were fantastic! Mince up the remenants with breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, ginger, egg & fry. Then add sauce made from soy sauce, rice vinegar, red chilli, hoisin sauce, reduce a bit and add meatballs.

It’s an old Gousto recipe so I had sachets of sesame seeds etc for topping.

I can’t imagine not using the leftovers up! Usually around 3 days is my maximum.
