My lovely boy is on his way home for Christmas!

It's been a stressful two months but he's on his way... He's deaf and autistic and had to do Christmas Day on his own last year... It was beyond awful.We had no way of getting him home and we wanted to protect my elderly mother so he stayed in his flat and my friend delivered his dinner.
He's been convinced since November that he won't get back for Christmas and every time Boris has spoken he's got very anxious... (Particularly the two this week!)
Anyway he's on his way with his suitcase, presents and a giant sized Chef Percy Pig!! 🙊 🙊 🙊 🙊
My friends husband is taking me to the station to collect him and we can't wait to see each other!!

I've been out with work colleagues tonight and Granny S was in charge... Wilf had a bath and was under pain of death not to lock the door.
Two years ago after my nieces wedding, he locked the door and fell asleep in the bath.. 🤯
Mum and I were yelling and banging on the door to no avail... It was a toss up between the fire brigade and Mr NDN. We decided that as as next door were probably wondering what the bloody hell was going on we'd better ring them. Just as Mr NDN came through the door with his crowbar Wilf woke up and unlocked the door. Mum and and I were grey faced...
My sisters father in law who was staying went to bed before the drama and somehow miraculously slept through the whole episode... Heaven only knows how!!!
Thankyou for all your lovely messages. Wilfs tucked up in bed now and I'm due at work at 7 so I'm having an early night... Wilfs coming to work to collect the newspapers in the morning so am expecting anarchy and chaos!!! 🤣 🤣 🤣

I will also add that my sisters who are eight and six years older than me were once heard to remark that my hair went grey before theirs did.. My response??? "ARE YOU BLOODY SURPRISED????

He's just been and cut a swathe through the shop!! 🤣
I could hear him from the minute he came in until he left. Great queue of people behind him and he insisted on kissing and hugging me after I served him.. Luckily my customers are very kind and patient!! ♥ ♥
