What are your relatively healthy addictions?

I am currently addicted to roasted brussel sprouts. I can't get enough of them, especially if I add shallots and red peppers to the tray. Stir fried sprouts with a ton of garlic and black pepper are equally good.

Likewise roasted kale. I try to use minimal oil when roasting but a little makes it so much better. I can eat an entire bag like that.

Crispy baked tofu is another addiction. I just love the texture.

What are your favourite relatively healthy treats?

Snacking on raw veggies, eg cucumber, celery, broccoli stem, sugar snaps dipped in low-fat hummus. Delicious.

@StarryNightSparkles water and cucumber?! 🤯

If only that worked for me…

StarryNightSparkles · 14/12/2021 00:27

Try them thinking, lovely and refreshing 😊

@Pearlywunzel

Keeping up with my 10,000 daily steps streak! I'm at 282 days so far and hoping I can make it to a full year.

That's a great accomplishment!
Well done! 👍🏼

Beetroot, cucumber, those tiny juicy tomatoes that burst in your mouth, slices of apple, peas straight from the pod.

Imohsotired · 14/12/2021 00:57

Rice, avocado, chillis and poached eggs for lunch or dinner, so good!

Low FODMAP eating.

As that shakey woman in the green top says on the Jane Plan advert, 'It's changed my life!' (Bless. I'd love to have a drink with her Grin )

-Homemade Vietnamese spring rolls. By God I could eat them all day long.
-Porridge with all the healthy trimmings (frozen berries, seeds, nuts, chia, oat milk, banana, square of dark choc)
-Rooibos tea
-shard of dark choc instead of pudding
-Journal writing (it's become a true daily habit)

Running 8km every morning. I can just feel the anxiety disappearing and endorphins flowing in my veins afterwards.
