I'm surprised there is no thread about this already!

For the last few years some person has been trying to sell a homemade '12 Days of Christmas' themed table centrepiece, made from a Quality Street tin and cheap Christmas tree, with various plastic figures stuck on them for the princely sum of £699.
It has failed to sell over the past few years for some unfathomable reason 🤔

Anyone tempted?Grin

The matching menu is genius, would love to see the guests' faces when the onion rings are presented. And the milk Grin

My eyes 👀- I'm not sure if they hurt from the centrepiece or the price 🤣

Brilliant.

Unfortunately this is no longer available but nothing says Christmas more to me than a cheetah with some tinsel round its neck. I think the original price was near to £100.

Damn, I was planning to pay £700 just so I could free that plastic drummer drumming!

Really, even if all the pieces together cost that amount (which I would bet good money they did not) then this is a prime example of 'less than the sum of its parts'

I see this every year and it makes me Grin

But fuck me…95k for a stupid advent calendar AND then having the cheek to charge for postage on top is just full out taking the piss
