If I loved the old Serial podcast about Adnan, what other podcasts would I enjoy?

Crime Junkie! Individual episodes though there are a few 2 parters.

I also enjoyed those episodes. Did you listen to the second series on the US serviceman that went AWOL and was then held hostage?

I think my favourite murder is a bit voyeuristic tbh and they do rubbish research. I really like Someone Knows Something, it's more along the lines of investigative journalism. S-Town also very good.

Not crime related but I also really enjoyed 13 Minutes to the Moon, really well put together and I really like the host’s voice.

Podcasts - try the You're wrong about series

In The Dark is excellent, there are 2 seasons and it’s very similar to Serial in terms of that style of investigative reporting. You could also try This American Life which Serial was a spin-off from. There are literally 100s of episodes which cover a massive range of topics.

Casefile is one of the best! I moved onto it shortly after finishing Serial. It isn’t long form but it's very good.

Just came on to case case file! But give the first 20 or so a miss, he took a little while to warm up. After that it’s brilliant.

If you want a U.K. one, They Walk Among Us. But it’s not as good as casefile.
