Like the stuff that comes in party bags and last 24 hours? With the state of the climate surely these sort of things (and many other products I am sure) should be banned worldwide? I am sure it’s not that straightforward, and is not as easy as just banning it. And there is probably an endless list of other things that could be banned. Just with Xmas coming up and all the stocking fillers etc I am just feeling a bit sad that we are still pushing this consumerism worldwide

I don't think anyone's come back to you on the reusable nappies question. Check around to see if you have a local nappy library (a lot are on facebook) who can introduce you to what's available.

If not, the nappy lady website is also really good. I'd recommend hiring a kit to start with to try out different styles so you can find what works for you before buying nappies. Plus on the nappy lady buying and selling fb group you can get secondhand nappies.

Modern nappies don't use disposable liners. You don't even have to use fleece ones either.
See if there's a nappy library near you or join the cloth nappy groups on Facebook and buy a few different types secondhand to try out.
I've been using them for 4 years almost on 2 kids and have only bought a few new, 80% secondhand.
