Very dull Q. Imperial or metric and how old are you?

I'm 47 and have never got the hang of metric even though I wasn't even born when the UK introduced the metric system (apparently in 1965)

48 - imperial for height and weight ( people) . Metric for baking and running distances!

Early 50s here, and I use a mix.

I know my weight (ish) in kg and in stones, roughly.
I know my height in cm and in feet and inches though I round each, so they probably don't translate accurately.

Sewing seems to be in inches a lot, which I find a bit frustrating but I manage.

Driving is in miles because I'm used to it, but I buy petrol in litres.

Cooking is definitely in gram measurements. I have no idea what an ounce would even look like.

I'd be equally happy to buy milk in pints or litres, and I don't drink beer.
