Pork chops - peri peri with veg

Nonna Tonda delivered pasta meal. Our Tuesday night (work followed by kids all in clubs and I have no time to cook) treat. Tonight was a regime based sauce with ricotta cheese on top.

Mince with swede and carrot mash, carrots, mange tout and broccoli.

Chicken curry, rice, naans and mango chutney 😋

We had a random dinner as our dentist appointment overran so had one those packs of roasted mediterranean veg with sausages and crusty bread. It hit the spot.

I’ve had a horrendous cold since yesterday so haven’t been up to cooking. Luckily I made a big pot of the Pinch of Nom lemon chicken orzo on Sunday so we’ve had that the last two nights.

I made spanakopita which we had with a tomato salad.

Satay noodles with veggies and edamame. Lots of coriander and sriracha. Really good and dead quick/easy.

Charlie Binghams curry x2 feeds 3 of us but mainly for the teenager and 10 year old as I had a bowl.of fruit and fibre. DH won't be home tonight away for work.

I will be making a pie tomorrow (in theory).

That didn't make much sense- definitely lazier if DH is having dinner out.

Lemon and coriander chicken and some Cajun spiced chicken, on the BBQ.

Leftover cheesy corn salsa, roasted green beans with honey mustard dressing and roasted new potatoes with rosemary and garlic.

Wholewheat spaghetti with pasta sauce, low fat cheese and oregano with a side salad. Was delicious. Tomorrow I have breaded cod, new potatoes and salad.

Nando’s marinated chicken on the bbq with patatas bravas in the air fryer and salad

BBQ! Lettuce Salad, coleslaw, potato salad, roasted capsicums, asparagus, corn on the cob, sausages, honey soy marinaded steak, and teriyaki chicken skewers. Farewell, what we had of summer!

Last night I got home late, ravenous, and hoovered up leftovers: leek and mushroom quiche, potato salad, cauliflower and carrot salad.
Tonight DP is cooking Barnsley chops, new potatoes and spinach.

A pecan and toffee shot, some mixed veg and some sardines.

Chicken Jollof tonight for us; yesterday was a beef noodle stir fry.

V late lunch at the 'spoons, (no breakfast) of: chicken jalfrezi half and half, naan and poppadums, lovely.

Trusty spag bol tonight. Cooked extra pasta for pasta salad for lunch tomorrow and then enough ragu for sloppy giuseppes tomorrow.

Chicken curry with cauliflower rice, followed by strawberries and a Galaxy chocolate bar. I’ve had a tummy bug the past 3 days, it felt good to eat a proper meal and have my appetite back again.
