A good hand cream for working hands?

DH has just started a new job with a building firm, his job involves a lot of manual work like laying patios etc so his hands are starting to suffer quite badly already. He's asked me to pick him up a decent hand cream but I'm not too sure what would be good enough for the state his hands are in! He has some Aldi intensive care hand cream but it's not really helping much.

Agreed, O'Keefes is good and they sell it at Tool Station so he could probably get some himself Grin

Sudocrem Antiseptic Healing Creme, the only one that works for me. I’ve never had a hand cream that works on sore dry hands.
