A good hand cream for working hands?

DH has just started a new job with a building firm, his job involves a lot of manual work like laying patios etc so his hands are starting to suffer quite badly already. He's asked me to pick him up a decent hand cream but I'm not too sure what would be good enough for the state his hands are in! He has some Aldi intensive care hand cream but it's not really helping much.

Another vote for Body Shop Hemp Handcream. It’s amazingly good!

HummingBeeBox · 02/09/2021 18:33

O'Keefes or Bodyshop hemp

happydays2345 · 02/09/2021 18:35

Body shop hemp

Neutrogena Norwegian.
I tried O'Keefes and it's good, but nothing beats Neutrogena. A small tube claims to have 300 applications. I bought one at the height of Covid hand scrubbing and still have over half. You literally need to use it once every 2-3 days, a tiny blob.

SunSeaSurfGin · 02/09/2021 18:47

Atrixo- not sure if you can get as much now and not exactly a nice fragrance but does the trick

Aveno intensive.

Agree with the recommendations for O'Keefes and Body Shop hemp. This hand protector from Lakeland is very good too

O keefes working hands. It's very concentrated and greasy so a little bit goes a very, very long way. Like luxury in a tube

timtam23 · 02/09/2021 20:27

Neutrogena Norwegian Formula, it's amazing. I also have one I found in TK Maxx, called Hoofmaker by Mane 'n Tail, this one doesn't leave any greasiness at all so I like it for applying regularly

TheWeeDonkey · 02/09/2021 20:39

I like OKeefes and Neutrogena. I don't like the smell of Body Shop Hemp cream but it is very effective.

Toddlerteaplease · 02/09/2021 20:59

Diprobase
