Googled and found this article from The Guardian although it doesn’t seem to be backed up by any scientific evidence!

We grow and eat a lot of courgettes so I would love to know more about the risks (if any). I’m still alive anyway.

We have 3 yellow courgettes in our posh veg box this week - one is yellow with a bit of green on it. Absolutely fine.
