I'm cooking tea - pork loin steaks with garlic & parmesan roasted spuds, probably salady bits too - listening to the "90's throwback weekend" on the radio & enjoying a glass of wine in peace.

Dd1's been down, helped prep tea, and set the table. She's gone back upstairs to see if she can work out why she can't get Minecraft Java to load on her laptop 🤷‍♀️

Dd2's Minecrafting with a friend. Last time I popped up, they'd built themselves houses and a Post Office.

Their dad's playing F1 on the xbox.

We are all sharing a beef madras i made previously and took out the freezer. Ds is going out. Dh glued to the football. Me on here.

I’m cooking jacket potatoes. About to put washing out while they cook then make a nice salad.

Dd1 watching tv, dd2 playing with dh. We just got in a little while ago from a long walk so procrastinating on mn and looking forward to watching a family movie after dinner then getting into bed :)

Just putting Baby down to bed whilst DC1 and DH watch Bedtime TV Downstairs. When both DCs are in bed I'm going to have a bubble bath followed by some Work then hopefully it will still be early enough to watch a Movie

I have salmon fillets marinading, will air grill them and serve them with rice and salad.

I have no idea where the DC are, which is how I like it 😁 they're upstairs. If I had to take a guess, I'd say that DSS is playing on his PlayStation, and the DDs are creating a mess.

We're waiting for our takeaway from the local (excellent) Italian for dinner.

Daughter is playing Genshin, DH is surfing, while making Tuscan Beef Ragu with homemade parpadelle for tea. I'm surfing. . . about to pour us a glass of wine.

I've been baking all afternoon and am now watching the Food Channel. DH ironing his shirt as he's going out for a curry. Will make dinner for DD and me when I've dropped him off. DS at work.

Baby is sleeping, DS happily watching rubbish on TV. DH lying in bed as has a sore throat which means he definitely has covid is there such a thing as man covid??

DH and I are watching today at the olympics. Dd1 is at work abs dd2 is doing something upstairs, I’m not really sure what, probably paying sims or chatting to friends.

DH will be cooking us tea in a bit. I’ve had one very small glass of wine, but that’s it for me as have to pick dd1 up later.

Take the time out, calm yourself down, and I'm sure you'll be able to resolve this in a more adult fashion.

Just arrived home from a night away at an attraction. 2 hours sleep last night (no idea why!) followed by getting absolutely soaked through this morning in seriously torrential rain has caught up with us all. Hubby has gone to bed, kids are staring blankly at a Youtuber playing Minecraft. I've just filled the washing machine with soaking wet clothes and am now slumped on the sofa trying to summon up the energy to make myself a coffee and wondering whether jam on toast will be accepted for dinner tonight.

Dh has just made me a date and walnut cake.
I'm looking through two Nigel Slater cook books that I bought today.

I ran my first marathon today, so I am now on the sofa with wine, about to watch Peter Rabbit 2 with the DC. Have had a long bath and a roast dinner already. I'm sore, but happy

Been reading a book nearly all day, for the first time ever we ordered in a takeaway pizza as I had a free £20 voucher.
All children live in their own homes so just me DH and the pets.
Made a fruit pudding and just tucking in.
We're celebrating a special occasion, wouldn't normally have pizza and pudding.
Just about to make a cup of tea, rock and roll lifestyle right here, too

Just put the DCs to bed. We three are packed for an early departure tomorrow on holiday. DH is packing now. One load of washing to come out of the dryer and need to run the dishwasher.

I'm having a soak. Dh is dealing with bedtime for 1 and 3 year old. Then prob orde a take away after his shower. We fed kids earlier before dsc went back home but was too early for us to eat
