MyWaitrose card holders : Do you still get vouchers?

I have been a regular Waitrose shopper for many years. Pre-pandemic, they regularly sent me vouchers through the post, eg ‘Spend £40 save £5’. They stopped sending them during lockdown for obvious reasons, but I haven’t had any vouchers from them since. Sainsbury’s & Tesco have now started sending out vouchers again, but Waitrose haven’t.

Has anyone had vouchers from Waitrose this year?

Yes, used some recently. The send them for things I buy regularly.

You get a free newspaper with Waitrose card if you spend £10.

My husband gets them but I don't. I don't scan either card anymore as no point. I walk to Waitrose and can't carry home more than £40 of groceries so most of the vouchers are pointless.

I complained to Waitrose about the vouchers which are unusable and they have said they were sent out to certain areas en masse. She did admit many people have complained they were unable to use them!

I'm getting the vouchers now but they are only valid for a couple of weeks so I can't use them for my three weekly/monthly shop. Waste of time.
