I really really love Crocs

I know, they are not for everybody, but I live in my pink clogs. They bring out the inner child in me and I feel nice wearing them. I do everything in them but I only have this one pair and would dearly love a new funky pair. I have been given permission to buy some using my partner's card and believe me it is burning a hole in my hand - but the damn things are very expensive and I feel slightly guilty.. only very slightly mind :)
Does anyone else who has my passion for foot fashion know of any outlets where I can buy them a bit cheaper than the Croc site?

The issue with crocs, for me, is that I remember when they were 'cool' first time around. Madonna and US presidents wearing them etc. I had a lilac pair and a navy pair.

People then clocked on to the fact they were hideous and they fell out of favour

Crocs then mounted a recent PR campaign and sent them to the likes of Justin Bieber etc etc, paying them £££ to promote. He's papped wearing them and suddenly - Crocs are back!

I actually belonged to a fb group about 14 years ago called 'Ban the Crocs wearing cunts.' It was quite fun Grin

Anyway I digress. I wouldn't personally wear them myself but if I was going to, I'd be buying the fifty quid ones. Just use the many discounts knocking about the place

Ooh nice pic - sorry they are still ugly though. But are you supposed to wear them strap forward or strap back? I’ve always wondered that? As a non croc wearer these are important questions Smile

I bought the black swiftwater sandal this year and it was so comfy.

My favourite shoes ever are the now discontinued Isabella huarache. So comfortable. And a nice sandal. I can't understand why they stopped making them. The newer version cuts my feet.

I wish I had bought five pairs of them.

The website did 30 % off a while ago, join the mailing list and you might get a little off there too.

They’re deceptively comfortable! Try sports direct, I’ve bought them very cheaply from there before.

I think it depends. I wear the, strap forward in the house but in the yard strap back so they don’t slip off. I wouldn’t go out out in mine personally but I did see a woman in a pair of leopard print ones at 5e local shopping center the other week. She was really well dressed, designer bag, white jeans and leopard print crocs. She pulled it off well. I think her straps were forwards.

Babymamamama my daughter borrowed mine yesterday , and said look ....I have them in Sports Mode !! ( the straps back behind her ankles ) 🤣🤣....and she warned me, ....mum , listen, if ever you see anyone put that strap back into Sports Mode, you know it’s about to all kick off !! 😂

Have a look on Vinted. Lots on there, many brand new with tags. I buy most of my clothes from it and I've never had any problems. It's a really good way of getting a bargain.

I love them. Have two pairs of clogs. Can't bring myself to wear them when I'm out and about though. When I met DP he laughed at my un-trendiness, he now has two pairs and thinks they are great.

A friend if mine from South Africe told me straps forward for casual and straps back for formal dress......

I got my first pair this year. Also bright pink...just to join my family who all have them! I want a kingfisher green pair....

I really want to see the £50 pair too.....
Have you seen blinged crocs? I quite like those.....

I bought a pair of Crocs from Amazon for £19 recently. Just searched normally and they were all full price except a slightly grim peachy salmon colour and a lovely cheery bright red.

I got Jibbitz too Blush

They were my first proper pair as opposed to cheaper versions and I love them!

We’re Croc fans here too. Mostly I wear my flip flop ones nowadays but I also love my limited edition ones from the US. Don’t like mock Crocs - the material is never right. My daughter loves her sandal ones, and when she was younger preferred the shoe type ones. I have a pair of ballet pump Crocs which I wear for work.

My kids love them. I've bought expensive saltwater sandals for them which they never wear. The crocs however, are lived in from May - September outside of school. I've just bought some Teva sandals for them as they've grown out of their current pairs almost and I'm not sure why I bothered with those either!

I bought my first pair this year in the heatwave as I always wear slippers in the house and it was just too hot. I got mine at ASOS so they must be bang on trend!

I am a size 3-4 so I can get children's shoes on which are much cheaper.
