ABBA, in no particular order: SOS, Knowing Me, Knowing You and Super Trouper. I didn't like ST when it first charted but it's grown on me over the last forty years.

Blondie, again no particular order: Call Me, Heart Of Glass, Sunday Girl.

ABBA -most everything. I was a small child in the 70's. My Aunty gave me all her ABBA records as she said I'd all buy worn them out 😂

Blonde -Tide is High. But it's an emotional connection to a period in my childhood rather than the 'best song' I like a lot already mentioned!

Thanks for the walk down memory Lane.

I’m not a huge Abba fan but I love Lay All Your Love On Me.

Blondie though, they played a Forestry Commission gig a few years ago within walking distance of our house and my 9 year old self back in the late 70s would never have thought in her wildest dreams that Debbie Harry would come to my town.
Far too many of their songs that I love but Union City Blues and Dreaming are among my favourites.
I took this photo in New York a couple of years ago, this was just around the corner from what was formerly CBGB (it’s now a clothes shop but some of the interior of the club has been preserved, so we went in for a look).
