Now Lightening bolt I get. But you don't get a bolt of thunder do you...it's a clap of thunder, so not sure Thunder Bolt works.

But I quite like them all. Obviously only for his kids, not for normal people! :)

It's Lightning when referring to a weather phenomenon.
Lightening is to make something paler/brighter.

I like all these names. They sound cool and strong.
Posters who think kids are bullied for having unusual names are a bit behind the times.

Olympia Lightning Bolt is by far the best name I have ever heard in my life. Saint Leo and Thunder are fine but will never match their sister in the brilliant name stakes. They are perfectly fine names and if the want to change then when they are older they can people need to stop worrying what others are doing. Live and let live.

I have worked in primary for 10 years. Ks1 and Ks2. I have come across all sort of unusual names. The children could not care less. I've never even known it to be mentioned.

I think there's going to be another change in which names like 'Blaze' and 'Cannon' go out of fashion and we all start calling our dc 'Sharon' and 'Gertrude'. These things go in cycles but wrt Usain Bolt there's no way his kids were ever going to be called Robert James Bolt
