I try to go out (and people watch) when I get stressed. Walking or other exercise helps in fresh air when I feel overwhelmed but I'm a bit limited at the moment. I have a walking stick with a seat on it.

There's a lot of lavender around at the moment. I find that helps when I feel overwhelmed.
