Just that. First tooth.

Pound a tooth here

lollipoprainbow · 02/06/2021 10:08

My dd asked last time why the tooth fairy didn't leave her card Hmm

Mumof1andacat · 02/06/2021 10:08

£1

Happyelfjokeday · 02/06/2021 10:09

We did £2 for first tooth (a bigger coin!) and £1 for the rest

Terrazzo · 02/06/2021 10:09

£1 here. First one I wrote a note but second one just left £1 and it was his birthday so he forgot to even check 😄

HazeyJaneII · 02/06/2021 10:10

£1

Checkingout811 · 02/06/2021 10:10

We did a £5 note for first tooth, £2 for subsequent teeth.

WTFisNext · 02/06/2021 10:10

£1 per tooth here too...although £5 was given for the extra tooth that grew between the front two teeth that the dentist had to remove that was traumatic!

YouLookSoCool · 02/06/2021 10:16

£1 or £2, depending what the tooth fairy had in her purse

NotSoLongGoodbye · 02/06/2021 10:20

£1 ....

Nuggetnugget · 02/06/2021 10:24

About 3 (whatever change we have hanging about)

chickenninja · 02/06/2021 10:25

One pound it is then! Thanks very much Star

The shiniest £2 coin possible per tooth.

CandyCaneLane0 · 02/06/2021 10:45

£2

scrambledcustard · 02/06/2021 10:46

Depends what we have in the house. We NEVER have cash so its always a note Sad

NewLevelsOfTiredness · 02/06/2021 10:47

Was 10kr (roughly one of your shiny British pounds) at first but negotiations with the tooth fairy (through us parents as mediators) have successfully resulted in a rise to 20kr.

Worriesome · 02/06/2021 12:00

I know I’m not answering your question but when my DD got older I told her it was me and not the tooth fairy. Was sick of tooth fairy getting credit for my efforts 🤣

Fitforforty · 02/06/2021 12:26

I had to have my last baby tooth removed when I was 17 and it still hadn’t fallen out. I’m still bitter that the tooth fairy never came that time.

Seesawmummadaw · 02/06/2021 12:30

However much she can afford

BingBongToTheMoon · 02/06/2021 12:34

We did £2 and a certificate for the first and £1 for the rest.

3JsMa · 02/06/2021 13:04

It's always a coin, depending on what's in my purse as I rarely have any cashGrin.£1-2,but I had to give 50p once and said that tooth fairy will top it up ASAP GrinGrinGrin

iduno · 02/06/2021 13:36

We are not quite at that point another year or 1 I think.

Given I got a pound when I was wee, I'll probably give at least £2. Maybe £5, but my dh will probably say no way to that 😆 I would worry about giving more for the first tooth because she'd expect that every time and be disappointed.

PhilCornwall1 · 02/06/2021 13:52

Tooth fairy is furloughed, until the government open up fully. That'll save parents a few quid for a bit.

newnortherner111 · 02/06/2021 14:11

If Rishi Sunak is in charge, then more for children whose parents are Tory donors.

squiglet111 · 02/06/2021 14:12

Think I started with £2, then £1 each after.

Son told me that someone at school got £10! I said, it must have been a lot cleaner than yours then 😂
