I can't remember where I bought a glass bottle of Coca Cola Yalang Yalang a while ago, I now can't find it anywhere.

Americans are apparently experiencing a shortage of chicken.

Are shortages sorted now, are we still in 'Feed the nation' mode?

Not the same, but I went to Aldi and almost everything had a use by of that day or only 1 day. I didn't notice until I got home. A full shop wasted as nothing was freezable. I keep finding this.

Peppers! We’re quite rural with only a Morrisons locally and the last 3 trips I’ve done there’s been no bell peppers. Red peppers are DDs favourite and she’s driving me crazy asking when I’ll get her some.

I knew the OP meant ylang-ylang, but I still would have asked what on earth it was a I've never seen it or even heard of it. I assumed it was something not ordinarily available in the UK and as such a slightly odd thing for someone to say there is a shortage of.

I think that Tesco has taken the chance to stop stocking certain lines eg I can't get the thin smartprice bleach (about 40p a bottle) in any local store but its obviously still being made because I can get it in Sainsbury's.

I’d never heard of coca cola ylang ylang (or Smokey) but it seems to be in stock in Sainsbury’s in Middlesbrough if that’s any help OP!

The marmite shortage is down to the reduction in beer production during lockdown causing a brewers yeast shortage, so should get better now the pubs are reopening.

Google tells me it's a coca cola signature mixer with smokey notes, which explains why I've never heard of it. I've never looked at coca cola mixers, so assumed the OP was talking about flavoured coke in cans, such as vanilla, cherry etc (I think there might be a lime one?)
