What film/series do you wish you could start all over again

What film/tv series do you wish you had never seen just so you can have the pleasure of watching them all over again for the first time?

I'll go first, I wish I could watch Game of Thrones again, it's not the same re-watching it now I know all the twists and plot turns! Same for Prison Break!

Most of the series mentioned on here, I haven't seen at all..... so thanks for some ideas as to what might be worth watching!

Another vote here for Detectorists and Schitt's Creek.

Would also add Dinnerladies and Phoenix Nights Grin

The West Wing. I've watched it about 20 times and was really excited when my daughter watched it for the first time. She loved it too.

floofycroissant · 29/03/2021 22:58

Schitts Creek
Killing Eve
Fleabag

I don’t have that problem, most of the series I like I buy on dvd just so if I get an impulse to watch it I will.
I have several I have seen multiple times.
ER
One tree hill
CSI New York

Robieuni · 29/03/2021 23:09

The Handmaids Tale - probably the best series ever.
Game of Thrones
Outlander. My friend persuaded me to watch it as I watched the trailer and thought I couldn’t be arsed... Barely slept or ate until I finished the whole thing. Kicked off an obsessive interest in Scottish history too.

I've actually never seen any of these...

Need to start watching...

7catsandcounting · 29/03/2021 23:17

I watched Downton Abbey to get "in the mood" for a book I was translating. I could never do it again. Never.

Mine are Buffy, Sopranos, Treme, The Wire... all the HBO stuff always seems to be top quality.

No Angels. Love it and watched several times never loses the sparkle for me!

Lost Money heist

Jocasta2018 · 29/03/2021 23:53

Buffy the Vampire Slayer - witty and so funny, well written - just a shame the creator was so nasty.

Lewis - I like it better than Morse - love Kevin Whateley's voice - very comforting.

OhWhyNot · 29/03/2021 23:55

@Timeisavirtue It’s not about rewatching something, it’s about watching it for the first time and how wonderful that is.
