We are having Chinese tonight and I am stuck in a rut. What do you like?

Depends where you are. If it’s a proper chinese place with chinese chefs then be wary because often things in a sauce or cooked in a broth are marked vegetarian but chicken and fish stocks are used - and they don’t always tell management when they use it.

Sister had a massive shock when she found bones in a dish she regularly orders and was told it always used fish and chicken stock and when we asked all the proper chinese restaurants did the same Shock

If it’s Indo-Chinese or Nepali-Chinese fusion fish stocks / sauces won’t be added so should be ok.

Plain chow mein, bloody delicious!

Vegetable chow mein, seaweed, veg spring rolls and sweet and sour sauce.
