Why can I not switch off at night and sleep at a reasonable time??

Can't seem to switch off at night these days and up until 3/4am every night then totally exhausted in the morning even although I'm having a lie in! Went for a walk today in the fresh air for a change, didn't help as still awake at 2am! Ahhhhh

I'm having this and cat is not helping howling for first breakfast at 3am, then second breakfast at 4.30am.

Still awake.... 🥺🥺
It’s just a bit frustrating isn’t it.
