Share with me your recent retail therapy.

I bought these fairy lights from Cable and Cotton. I love the glow they've bought to my kitchen.

A massive instant pot.
I am so fed up with constantly having to cook. This clever thing saves so much time because 1) it cooks super fast and 2) massive quantities that can be portion-frozen for later. Yay!!!

To the posters who have bought houseplants online, do you mind sharing where you got them? Thank you.

I bought the dog a new snuggle blanket for when he sleeps in my bed. He just snuggles into it and loves life. His happiness makes me happy. Flowers

A bread maker - I am about four loaves in and have only had it for a week 😳.

What a charming thread. Second the daffodils, so cheery but cheap. I bought a Dorma duvet set to upgrade my usual IKEA bedding, do silky and pretty www.dunelm.com/product/dorma-maiya-embroidered-100-cotton-duck-egg-reversible-duvet-cover-1000047334?defaultSkuId=30151568 Might as well enjoy bed!

@AuntyFungal

A ‘Nana’ trolley to do my shop.

I see you all. Watching me. Coverting my sleek thorough-bred of a trolley; as I zip around the supermarket isles with my 3 wheeler. Flinging my shopping in with gay abandon.

^^

It’s given me more pleasure than I care to (publicly) admit. Grin

I really want a nana trolley but my dc are currently horrified by the idea...I may buy myself one anyway once we move (I'm on a new purchases ban at the moment Grin).

The pattern to crochet this sheep

My new baby hamster

A weighted blanket. I’ve been waking at 4am for weeks and not being able to get back to sleep but since I’ve had this I sleep like a log.

Half price!

My fingerless gloves for working from home in :-) warm but able to still type properly in them.

TeenPlusTwenties · 18/01/2021 08:10

My Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser.
It is a bit of luxury every time I use it, and it is helping DD get back into schoolwork too.

AlwaysLatte · 18/01/2021 08:19

A glass Christmas tree in a sale (I have a little 'forest' of different glass trees) and a cute felt sheep that whispered for me to buy it (we have sheep here).

@TheFairyCaravan that is one awesome sheep.
I got given a baby hamster too and he’s awesome! 😊

AlwaysLatte · 18/01/2021 08:23

My fiancée and I bought wellies and we went puddle jumping this afternoon. Was a lot of fun!
Love if!
I bought wellies for my two boys recently because they've just reached the perfect sized feet to use both mine and my husband's, so we have ours back Smile

A beautiful Richard Bawden print, called Kites 2 Spring. Only problem is all picture framing shops are closed, so it can't go on the wall yet!

Poorlykitten · 18/01/2021 08:34

A camper van. We haven’t had masses of use (obviously) but I often just sleep in her when she’s parked on the drive! Love it so much.

This is my dream!

We’ve no idea where to start with them though as it’s a minefield as to if it’s best to convert or buy all done

What did you do and can you share any helpful advice?

BrassicaBabe · 18/01/2021 09:00

Love these!

I've got a hankering for a camper van too.

I bought some roses from the local corner shop. A fiver! They make my kitchen look posh Grin

Some cheapish ear buds from Amazon, they have changed my life I listen to podcasts on walks and in supermarkets (I'm the crazy looking one laughing out loud in the bread aisle 😅)
Also twinnings superblends sleep tea, delish
