Do other people’s phones suggest they have sex with their neighbours

My phone keeps suggesting my next door neighbours house as a location for sex? Why? I am perfectly happy with my chosen venue of my own bedroom. Do other people’s phones do this?

Shock Maybe I'm just an old prude, but while I can imagine setting a reminder if you're TTC, surely you'd call it something less easily understood by anyone who happens to see your phone screen?

TokenGinger · 02/01/2021 21:27

I have a reminder to take my contraceptive pill everyday and my iPhone suggests I go next door to do that, too. But my iPhone thinks I live there. Whenever I get into my car and it connects to the car, the Maps on my phone auto suggests next door as Home and gives me my journey time to there.

MistletoeandGin · 02/01/2021 21:29

I have never ever scheduled sex in my calendar, even when TTC, so I have no idea where my phone suggests I do it. I have also never scheduled changing the beds or cleaning the oven!

AldiAisleofCrap · 02/01/2021 21:44

A location was never set but yes I guess my iPhone much just have its gps wrong. We are about 200 metres from those particular neighbours though.
I set a reminder for the beds because we have 9 so ours are changed weekly and four kids beds one week, the other four the next. I would forget which week it was if I didn’t write it down.
The oven , don't most people have a six monthly reminder?

Missing the point but are you TTC with 8 children Shock

satnighttakeaway · 02/01/2021 21:54

You already have 8 children and you want another one Grin

tabulahrasa · 02/01/2021 21:55

If you’ve set the reminder...

Then it’ll just be that it doesn’t know what house number you’re at, my phone thinks I live at either no.13 or no.57 it’s 19... and those numbers are neither next door or directly opposite... but it seems fairly certain that’s where I am

Choice4567 · 02/01/2021 21:55

Wait what? So much of the information in this post is confusing me!

MistletoeandGin · 02/01/2021 21:56

No, I clean mine when it looks dirty.

DartmoorChef · 02/01/2021 21:57

Is 8 kids not enough already 😂😂😂

cornbread · 02/01/2021 21:58

You have 8 kids and you can find time and space for sex at 12 on a Sunday?? 😂

bornatXmastobequiet · 02/01/2021 22:01

At least it’s not suggesting you clean your neighbours’ oven.

unicornparty · 02/01/2021 22:08

I'm confused. Do you already have 8 kids? And no I've never set a reminder for changing beds or doing the oven.

AldiAisleofCrap · 02/01/2021 22:10

Yes I have 8 children , would like one more definitely will be the last one though.

Where are they all at midday on a Sunday while you’re having scheduled sex?!
Theunamedcat · 02/01/2021 22:16

I have a reminder for my bins I lose track of my days but for sex? No

Newyearsamecovid · 02/01/2021 22:17

@cornbread

Is it because you go next door Grin
Hotelhelp · 02/01/2021 22:17

This whole post was only written so you could let us all know you have that in your calendar. Tedious. Try harder next time (excuse the pun).

EmpressWitchDoesntBurn · 02/01/2021 22:20

I’ve just tried the same thing on my phone, but no suggested location.

Maybe your phone knows something about next door that you don’t?

Alice0901 · 02/01/2021 22:21

Oh my goodness people are so judgy! Does it matter what she has reminders in her phone for? If it helps her remember then who cares? It’s not affecting you.
Also - if you can afford the number of children you have then who are you to laugh if she wants another or suggest she already has enough?!
Honestly, my goodness

tinseloatcake · 02/01/2021 22:21

Surely some of your children are old enough to change their own beds by now? Perhaps it will keep them busy on those lazy Sunday's.

Brinksmanship · 02/01/2021 22:24

How do you get all the kids occupied at the same time in the middle of a Sunday so you can have sex?

ivfbeenbusy · 02/01/2021 22:32

You'd think after 8 kids you'd have the whole TTC thing nailed and no reminder would be necessary?

CurlyhairedAssassin · 02/01/2021 22:44

But, but...surely between 8 children there would normally be one who needs to attend a party on a Sunday and one who needs to go to a dance class or a football game?

What would you do if it wasn't lockdown - I'm assuming you would have the manners to wait until you were out of the soft play centre? Grin

WhatTiggersDoBest · 02/01/2021 22:49

You sound really organized with it all. We're TTC right now too (not with our neighbours, either Grin ). Good luck!
