Just to add my advice -

2 travel sickness tablets (they definitely work)
Paracetamol
McDonald’s large coke (must be McDonald’s - I don’t know why?)
McDonald’s chips with plenty of salt
Force them down and then lie very still on left side sipping the coke!

I am suffering today also. I managed a walk and a bacon sandwich but I'm now back in bed. Booze sleep isn't real sleep.

I had a couple of drinks last night.And woke up during the night to be sick.

I dont know how that happened only had 3 cans and 2 vodkas.

Had a shower and i still feel knackered.
