My theory is he's such little brat that Amma threaten to expel him, but they came to the arrangement of flop staying instead. Coco is also a bit annoying but I cut her some slack because I feel bad for her, her mum drops them off on the intro without looking up from her phone.

I think he's a (very well paid, to say they only watch three kids who aren't their responsibility anyway) nursery nurse. All the others work. Coco and Charlie's carer is a doctor (who covers everything from immunisations to orthopaedics), Paget runs a shop, Amma has a crèche. How else does Flop earn his money?

The fact that on Christmas they get Bing a sledge and they’re surprised he’s disappointed that there’s no snow?!!! What did they think would happen his only present is a sledge and all he can do with it is sit in it to eat his dinner it’s not often I’m on Bings side I promise haha
