I've picked a lady in our work secret Santa who is lovely but I don't know her that well. From her FB and general chat, I've gathered she likes gin. What can I get for £10 that isn't just a cheap brand? I'd rather get something good quality but smaller or something stylish. She's late 20s and quite cool!! (Two things I am not...). Thanks so much!

@Breathmiller I just went back on and its no longer on there Sad - I bought it last Thursday so I wonder if it was a clearance item that sold out, or a flash sale? Sorry!

Asda have Villa Ascenti on clearance as they are removing it from some stores. It's a £30+ gin on markdown for £11 if your local has stock!!!

Thanks to whoever suggested Asda! Bought this lovely gin set for £8! Three really good sized mini bottles and good makes too. Smile

I haven't read the other comments so apologies if this is repeated info:

You can buy a copa gin glass for a few pounds, you can also buy little tubs of botanicals or gin tea bags that you soak in your gin to infuse it with flavour. I've seen gin flavouring gift sets but unsure how artificial these might taste. Giant ice cube trays (a few quid from Amazon) went down really well with a family member of mine as they don't melt easily and don't dilute the gin.

I think you could get the gin glass, ice cube tray and a tub of botanicals for around a tenner.
