Fully tiled beige bathrooms..warm and neutral or out dated?

Buying a new build and making our bathroom choices. It comes fully tiled as standard.

For free we can choose

Matt beige
Matt grey
Some plain, and some decor tiles to place where we wish

Gloss cream
Gloss beige
Gloss grey
Some plain and some decor

Other choices cost extra, and to be honest I have more important rooms to put the money we have for upgrades into (we're upgrading the entire kitchen)

I'm thinking matt beige for the family bathroom, hoping it'll show less splash marks and just be a nice bright neutral space?

Am I right or is this dated? Would you advise one of the other options?

I have Matt beige - been up about seven years and still looks good.

I inherited a beige/cream bathroom and I really like it. It has large square tiles throughout, around 25 or 30cm. The standard of workmanship is high and it doesn't feel outrageously dated. I noticed the tiles are centred so there's no unequal slivers of tile at the edges (small bathroom - visually it helps not to have slivers of tile everywhere!).

The tiles are matt and gently riven/rippled. They have a slight lustre but no glitter/sparkle.
I'm sure they're from a basic range but they look good imo.

I'm sure beige/cream is due a comeback anyway after all the grey!

My favourite bathroom is probably gloss white large tiles (rippled) or slate grey.

Not sure whether I'd like gloss cream. I'm not keen on it in kitchen units/ splashbacks/ floors but that's only my preference! I also feel like small metro tiles have been done to death. I'm all about the medium-large tiles 😂

Like Saz12 I've accessorized with plants at different levels - ceiling, floor, hanging rail, top of tall storage unit. Most towel colours complement the tiles and give it a new lease of life when I'm bored. The suite and storage unit are white and fixtures are chrome.

Sorry just seen your update OP. Lovely choices!

Excellent! It will look lovely!

We have something similar to the Vesus cream with white units but added a splash of blue as a mosaic. If that is not possible I would still go with it and add colour with towels, accessories etc.

Your beiges are quite strong and dark. You would need lots of accents to make it work.

My PIL have a beige bathroom, incl. the units. I personally find it dated but to be fair it must be around 25 years + old.

After changing the family bathroom the other two suddenly seemed really bland. Long story short, I may of taken it too far. I'm so excited now! It's nice to have some personality in all my bathrooms. I'm not sure if it's the done thing to have every bathroom be different, so I've kept the en-suite and WC monochrome so it's same same but different. I'm in love ❤️

Thanks for inspiring me! 🤩
