Jelly Tots - also ruined

First pack in about thirty years. The disappointment was crushing. The dome is too high and the jelly too hard.

I've only just come to terms with the fact that Cadbury's is off the table, and now this. I LOVED Jelly Tots and now they are nothing more than the droppings of a large Fruit Pastil. Gutted.

I bought my Dad a bar of Old Jamaica as he used to love it in the 80s and I happened to see it. He said there were more raisins than chocolate and no rum taste.

You can still get the original flavour in Australia. Called "Old Gold Jamaica Rum'n Raisin". It's my husband's favourite.

Don't think the Irish Cadbury's is any better, still oily, waxy stuff over here. The new packaging looks off also.

I had a pack the other day and was livid about how much they had changed.
Aldi did a really good knock off called rainbow drops but even those have disappeared from my local shop in the last few weeks

As for jelly tots how can you squash a pile of the new shape ones into little sandwich shapes now? A huge tube was my favourite stocking filler. [Wails] 😠

Noooo not the jelly tots!! I had a bag of sports mix wine guns the other day and they had gone disgustang something must be wrong they sort of broke up when chewing instead of the endless gumming at them with that lovely waxy texture.
Some ingredients must have been outlawed or something.

Also the big bags of fruit pastilles in the cinema that used to be different shapes are all just bog standard now. It's just not right.

I miss Fruit Gums of old, all shiny with their lovely hard texture. Now they're just tiny wine gums. What happened to the boxes of them? !

I used to love Rowntrees fruit gums years ago, as well as a tube you could get them in a box, they used to be rock hard and lasted ages, now they are squashy and tasteless.

Do Dracula teeth still exist anywhere?

I can confirm I've had Dracula Teeth in the past few years. Think it was at the cinema pick n' mix.

I happened upon an Australian bar of Cadbury's in B&M this week and it's amazing. So creamy and beautiful. I hadn't realised just how much it had turned to shite here. I'm rationing it and going back for more ASAP. Cost a bloody fortune though!

I think a Turkish ear light is actually a thing, as they singed my ear hairs when I went to a Turkish barber. 😂

Does anybody remember when Aldi was selling Disco Biscuits? They've changed the name to something else now - Groovy Biscuits or something similar.
