I'm going to the pub later with my eldest to watch our football team . I really miss going with him to actual matches as it was one of our few catchups (he's 23 ) so am glad he'll still chew the fat with his old mother Grin
DH is going to cook a roast and I'm hoping to head to the gym for the first time since March

I took DiddyDragon out for a hot chocolate and a little light shopping, then came home and did some Christmas present sewing. It's been a really chilled day.

I read a meme earlier today that made me think about the thread.

It was something about living in the past will make you depressed, living in the future will make you anxious. You can only be happy and content in the present.

Hobnobswantshernameback, I'm in Wales too and watched the football from the calm of my sofa. Well it would be if I could sit still and not be so vocal. I'd be banned from the pub.
