White bread Mayo in the place of butter Cheese Pickle Ham

This is a very standard sandwich filling.

I thought my cheese and hummus was a little bit racey until I read some of the suggestions on here!

Some of these sound lovely and might inspire me to try :)

Cream cheese, peanut butter and banana.

Cheddar cheese and crisps.

Blue cheese or Camembert, avocado, sliced tomato and salad cream.

Cream cheese and pickle. Ham optional.

Veggie fingers, plastic cheese, sliced beetroot, pickle

Marmite goes well with most sandwich fillings imo.

Fish fingers and salad cream.

Sausage and marmalade

12 weeks pregnant and suffering from hyperemesis but also strong cravings.... This thread is pulling me in all sorts of crazy directions! I do love a crunchy crisp with soft white bread and salad cream so this one sounds like heaven -

Someone once made me a cherry jam and chocolate spread toastie which was delicious.
Someone else made me cheese and apple sauce in french bread. Also lovely.

Ham and beetroot or ham and coleslaw are delicious.
In the summer, I quite like lettuce and salad cream sandwiches.

Granary bread proper butter marmite and soft boiled egg. Food of the gods.

I love tuna and pickled beetroot its my favourite . Might try thd pickled onion suggested up thread.

DS likes the cheapest white bread with butter and pickled onions.

Thick white bread, lots of really cold lurpak, and prawns, with a little salt on. Amazing.

@Redannie118 so do I! But with ketchup instead of BBQ. They're also far superior to bread for tomato soup
