As you can probably tell I'm SO BORED of applying for jobs and the rubbish people write on LinkedIn about their company on the job descriptions (instead of anything vaguely useful like, oh I don't know, the salary or the hours) is making me stabby.

Would anyone like the guess what this organisation does/produces?

They're creating the future remember so no pressure.

DP reckons elevation the world would be hazardous to its orbit

If they are creating a future that otherwise would not exist, it can be nothing less than working on a vaccine for covid!
Agree with pp - hard to keep a straight face!

Is it Heaven plc looking for a replacement for God. He must surely be coming up for retirement now. He had a white beard when I was a youngster.

MadameBrioche · 14/10/2020 09:26

It’s Lidl isn’t it?

Iwantacookie · 14/10/2020 09:28

I'm guessing it's a mlm that's the only way I can think you can all be leaders

tectonicplates · 14/10/2020 09:31

Whoever it is, I hope I'm not a customer of theirs.

pooeylouie · 14/10/2020 09:31

@WorldSmellivating

Me, leaning into a bold idea

😂😂😂🤣
Dillydallyingthrough · 14/10/2020 09:34

Some kind of sports machinery like peloton, no idea why I think that! Or Aldi...

AriettyHomily · 14/10/2020 09:45

Urgh.

Peloton maybe? The advert would be enough to put me off applying.

Bluesheep8 · 14/10/2020 09:46

A coffee company/coffee shop
Or a juice bar?

Bluesheep8 · 14/10/2020 09:47

But they sound really irritating!

ChaChaCha2012 · 14/10/2020 09:50

It's a fruity one, isn't it?

Most customers are more concerned with elevating their arse, than the world Wink

BarbaraofSeville · 14/10/2020 10:08

Probably someone smallish and unknown that makes a mediocre product like washing up bowls.

MercedesDeMonteChristo · 14/10/2020 10:10

I'm now going for Virgin.

julietteb18 · 14/10/2020 10:14

It's LuluLemon, I've read this bullshit before. LEGGINGS ARE INNOVATIVE. Primark do great copies tho...

Aroundtheworldin80moves · 14/10/2020 10:17

My initial thought was tampons.

AdaColeman · 14/10/2020 10:17

Dyson vacuum cleaners, or Joseph Joseph fish slices?

WeBuiltThisBuffetOnSausageRoll · 14/10/2020 10:19

They make those packs of three tiny little screwdrivers that you get in Christmas crackers. The only thing they're any use for is mending your glasses, so in the true spirit of run-it-up-the-flagpole synergy, they are indeed helping the world with vision in a very real and dynamic way.

Sorry to spoil the fun for anybody who wanted to keep on guessing.

Oh that wouldn't surprise me at all. Lululemon are a nasty company. Even all their shop staff sneer at me every time I've been in. Never again.

Nothing that groundbreaking. Maybe the stickers for the side of washing up bowls that give you instructions on how to use them.

WeBuiltThisBuffetOnSausageRoll · 14/10/2020 10:26

I don't know about setting audacious goals, but they are certainly adept at setting audacious prices. Same prices for one as for a pack of six from Primark.

Quinque · 14/10/2020 10:30

Scrabble manufacturers! They took a random selection of words from game boards and rearranged them into semi coherent sentences. If you can spot the number of triple word scores you get the job.

BillywilliamV · 14/10/2020 10:32

Weatherspoons?

BobsyerUncleFannysyerAunt · 14/10/2020 10:34

Waitrose?

VodselForDinner · 14/10/2020 10:35

I’m guessing somewhere that sells overpriced leggings for women.
