Well had to come back to this, I bought some new 'cooking' chorizo. Unearthed brand, I've had the mixed meats before and was lovely

Thought it was a very soft chorizo but thought nothing of it and s as fret the cat tried to steal the skin thought I would look on the back of the jacket at the ingredients

It was them I saw the cooking instructions and realised they were uncooked sausages

Yes I've been eating raw sausage
