Just as the title says. Could be a series or film or stand up.

Film wise, I loved Deadpool, Venom, snatched, my hubby thought Superbad was hilarious... he actually Confusedsnorted. I thought it was a bit gross! Depends on what you find funny.

Kpo58 · 04/09/2020 19:52

The series Coupling is really worth a watch.

londongirl12 · 04/09/2020 19:52

The pitch perfect movies are funny.

TokenGinger · 04/09/2020 19:58

Girls Trip is the funniest film I have ever seen in my life. My stomach hurt so hard when I left the cinema. I went back and watched it again!

FedUpWithBriiiiick · 04/09/2020 20:00

Mandy (iPlayer)
Goes Wrong Show (iPlayer)

and the perennial Father Ted Smile

Sairafina · 04/09/2020 20:01

Jeeves and Wooster! Hugh Laurie and Stephen Fry ones all on youtube

IHeartSusanDey · 04/09/2020 20:02

As a Catholic from Derry I HATE Derry Girls. Not funny and really grating, especially the put-on accents from a few of the 'actors'. Urgh.

IHeartSusanDey · 04/09/2020 20:03

Father Ted is probably the best. That 70s Show is hilarious. Skip Season 8.

Cuddling57 · 04/09/2020 20:13

I'm really watching desperate housewives. A bit dated but it's got me laughing away

Cuddling57 · 04/09/2020 20:14

Oh yes and Good Girls Netflix

Esbm2015 · 04/09/2020 20:17

Love Coupling and The Thick of It. Film wise there’s Borat or classics such as Airplane, Trains Planes and Automobiles, Trading Places which always get me giggling.

Kindlethefourth · 04/09/2020 20:18

Schitts Creek on Netflix

eternalopt · 04/09/2020 20:33

What do you usually find funny?

Henio · 04/09/2020 20:35

It's always sunny in Philadelphia

GameofPhones · 04/09/2020 20:48

If you have tried baking your own bread, this

LadyCurd · 04/09/2020 20:55

Community. Once you are into it with the characters it’s awesome!

Doyoumind · 04/09/2020 21:03

I've watched and enjoyed, or tried and not got on with a lot of the suggestions but there are a few new ones I'll look into. Thanks for the responses.

Weeds. Netflix

Graphista · 04/09/2020 21:19

For me Michael McIntyre, shappi khorsandi, Russell Howard, Adam Hills, Roisin Conaty, Jason Manford, dara o’briain, Sarah Millican, jo brand, Kevin bridges, Jon Richardson all make me laugh.

I don’t usually find films/standard tv shows do. They have their moments but nothing reliable really.

When I really need a good laugh I tend to go to one of the names above, generally in the order listed.

Shows I do find funny are panel shows/chat shows which are thin on the ground at the moment - QI, hignfy, would I like to you, last leg, graham norton, mock the week, never mind the buzzcocks...

Old school I must admit I like old billy Connolly, Eddie Murphy, Joan rivers etc
