If you could only have two sweet treats a week, what would they be?

By sweet treat I mean - a piece of cake, a serving of pudding, a small chocolate bar, a couple of biscuits.

So ... strictly only two per week. What would you choose?

It's fairly recent for me - since I turned 40, I've found that my metabolism threw the brakes on and if I put pounds on it's incredibly hard work to shed them again.
I also have psoriasis and finally got serious about cutting down some food triggers.

I had a mindset shift and decided that I have to "eat like an adult" which helped to prevent me from hoovering up the kids' lunchbox snacks . It was deliberate for about six weeks and then it became a habit, now it's just me.

Last week I had a jam donut midweek on a picnic and some tiramisu on Sunday.
Delicious, I enjoyed them very much but realise they’re best kept as occasional treats rather than every day (which I used to do many moons ago - oh youth!!).

I have sweet treats at the weekend only (usually - this week was different) and I normally have a bar of milk chocolate one day and 3 chocolate chip cookies the other day. It's the lidl variety of fox's chocolate chip cookies and they're REALLY good!
