What the most important thing a child should leave primary school with?

Just asking cos I asked this in a teacher training interview recently and was disappointed with the answer given.

My answer would be that the most important thing is that a child has reached their full potential. That covers friendships, confidence and learning. There isn’t one most important thing. Eg If a child’s excelled academically but been bullied through out then the schools failed them.

Good says results because it forms the predicted measure of their GCSE results and is used throughout their secondary education

I think people who don't value friends as an answer probably haven't watched DCs struggle with isolation or bullying.
