I eat moderately well (most of the time). I’m not overweight and honestly think a major blow out every now and again keeps me that way 👍

Aldi sweet and salted popcorn is my downfall I can eat a whole giant bag on an afternoon in front of the tv

Well, a 1kg bag of pick and mix sweets arrived in the post today so this evening I'll be seeing how much of it I can work my way through

I'm currently in my favourite Chinese restaurant waiting for my takeaway that would easily feed 5 people but is just for me and DH

This morning I ate a whole box of mini milk ice lollies.
We bought them as I thought they’d be great low cal treats after lunch each day.
My partner was looking for one after lunch, I had to make lots of vague grunty type noises then quickly bundle the very surprised dog out of the door for a walk 😆.

Next time I’ll just buy a box of Magnums 😁

I bought a pack of four white choc cookies today. The ones that are £1.25 (ish) in the bakery section in the Coop. Those squidgy ones, you know the ones.

I ate 3 before 10am and 1 with a cuppa at 3pm.

And this is the first time? Late to the party girlfriend!

I've hidden the family pack of crisps in the baking cupboard so dh doesn't find them before me.

Aldi have started selling my absolute favourite crisps, Mackies, which are hard to find in England, where I live. On Tuesday I bought 3 family size bags.

They've all gone. I need to stop buying crisps.

I regularly eat those large share bags of crisps . In fact, I buy them specifically for me and DH as we are fat and greedy!

I'm still gutted Asda stopped doing the goat's cheese and chilli jam crisps

Co Op Cheese Puffs for me. I can eat a whole bag of those, followed by a whole bag of marshmallows. I try not to, but I can.

I'm struggling so hard. I'm dieting because i ate this way for 2 months. And now ask i think about is the chocolate i want to eat. Today i massively binged on "healthy" foods in the hopes of eating away that craving. It didn't work. Shocker.
