Why can't you look like you put in effort for a walk in the park? I don't think it is anything to be ashamed about. I always think about looking nice when I meet someone, male or female. I just like clothes and makeup. I think the OP looks lovely but I also don't think there is anything wrong with looking like you have made an effort.

Why is an outfit such as jeans, a nice top, clean casual (non athletic) trainers, leather jacket... not acceptable for a walk around a park?
It's literally a park. Why would that make you think someone isn't making an effort?

You can do all sorts with hair, makeup and accessories to dress outfits up as necessary.
