We’re thinking of going to Anglesey on holiday, at the end of August. If we’re allowed to go on holiday by then Smile.

Just wondering if anyone had any tips on things to do, places to stay and eat?

Will be 2 adults, 3 and 9 year old girls.

Newborough Beach and Forest is a great day out, walks, trails, loads of wildlife, beach and dunes etc. Anglesey is wonderful, such a beautiful place !

We’ve had a week booked in Anglesey for early Aug since the end of last year. If it’s goes ahead we’re planning on going to Port Merion and the really long woodland toboggan place in snowdonia.
I know it’s not on Anglesey but still worth a visit.

@Toilenstripes

I’ve clearly stated that we will abide by guidelines and if we can’t go this year, we will go next year instead. However, researching and planning a holiday makes me happy and gives me something to look forward to, all of the suggestions so far have been great. Sorry if that upsets you Confused.

Sorry OP I can't tag you, but definitely Oriel Mon. The maritime museum would probably be good for kids, along with the sea life type place.

We mostly like to wrap up and go for a walk along the coast, with a nice pub en route.
