If you work, but also take your kids to school and pick them up, what do you do?

I'm considering a career change for when my kids go to school, that will allow me to drop off and pick them up.
If you are able to do this, what job do you do??

@SunshineAvenue I already had flexitime as it’s part of the standard package for the council I work for - as far as I know, everyone is entitled to it. It’s one of the reasons I stayed in my job as I knew working at the council is family-friendly.

Also in an admin role, 10am-2pm 2 days and 12.30-4.30pm 1 day and on that long day DC is picked up by their dad.

I'm a bookkeeper 2 days a week from 9 to 2 then the other 3 days I do work at home for our family business (it's something we do on the side so DH has a full time job as well).

I work in a care home 8am-8pm days. Do one week day and one weekend day so very part time. Dp does pick up and drop off on the weekday but it's a long day for ds(6), 8am-5pm using school wraparound, so I'm not willing to pick up more days until he's a bit older, maybe when he's in year three or four.
