Not sure what I want to drink on Christmas Day! Going to brave the supermarket tomorrow for some alcohol as we haven't bought that yet.

What are you drinking?

Elderflower cordial. Rock and roll!

abitoflight · 24/12/2019 08:33

Mulled sloe gin
Mulled wine
Champagne
These added to my normal white wine

I have about eight bottles of random prosecco, cava and champagne. We'll be taste testing them all!

AppropriateAdult · 24/12/2019 08:38

Non-alcoholic sparking wine Sad Am 20 weeks pregnant so missing out on the Christmas tipples this year. I might have a half glass of the real stuff at some stage.

Pedro Ximinez sherry. Like Christmas pudding in a glass. Yum.

BonfireStarter · 24/12/2019 08:55

Baileys! Also gin and tonic, variety of flavours of gin and different tonics. Ideal so can be fairly weak and no hangover (I cant drink wine it gives me a headache).

Mimosas with breakfast and then Chapel Down brut just before dinner, and Chapel Down Flint Dry with dinner as we're having salmon. Decided to go very English as my parents are here and they've never tried it.

pinot grigio with dinner and have two bottles of baileys one strawberry and cream and one normal flavour one

Tea, coke (but the individual bottles) and pink lemonaide.
This will be my 2nd sober Christmas as I head towards nearly 2 years recovery. It’s much easier this year.

Bucks Fizz with breakfast. The Flying Doctor ( a reduced alcohol Shiraz) with lunch and clean gin in the evening.
