Cleaner doesn’t celebrate Christmas

My very lovely cleaner mentioned today that she doesn’t celebrate Christmas. I’d normally give a card and a box of chocs as a small present. Would you do it anyway? Thinking of waiting until new year.

Since she's bothered to tell you she doesn't celebrate, you'd be being disrespectful to give her anything.
Just to clarify, I asked her if she was done with her Christmas shopping because that was where I was going and that was when it came up. It wasn’t like she was going out of her way to make it clear she didn’t celebrate Christmas.

I’ll get a thank you card and small present. I’ve realised it’s actually nearly been a year since she’s been coming so that can be my reason.
