@MaisyMary77 They are both beautiful. My guess is gold for girls and coloured for boys. I am loving this thread. Will be back with pictures of mine soon.

New tree - first year we’ve had an artificial one, I love it.

Mine won't be going up until the weekend before Christmas. Feels too early to put it up now, but loving looking at all your pics!

MaisyMary77 · 07/12/2019 13:55

@SittingontheSidelines

Thanks! Coloured tree is the girls! We have no taste apparently. My DH prefers a nice neat tree. Smile

DappledThings · 07/12/2019 13:59

Never had a theme, just cover it in random things we've picked up over the years.

And I am adamant that a tree without tinsel is a naked and unfinished tree!

@Nearlyadoctor beautiful tree! Where is it from? Lovely decorations

hartof · 07/12/2019 20:27

I love all the trees! Glad I'm not alone in just putting baubles on, all the ones I see on Facebook have huge flowers on and big spiky things coming out of them!

The lights aren't perfect and we have a cat who keeps plucking baubles off but here's mine and I love it

Thank you @stripes416 - we bought it from a local garden centre, it’s a 6.5ft unlit Lakeland Spruce and I bought 400 warm white lights from B&Q. The tree is also available from Hayes Garden world online.

BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz · 07/12/2019 20:36

Love seeing all of these! Off to buy out tree tomorrow so I'll add a pic when I get a chance.

SleeptightDaisy · 07/12/2019 20:36

Photo taken in the day. Our first artificial tree and I love it.

First tree we've been able to have up in 3 years! The old house was too small! Silver, bright blue and petrol blue 😍 not conventionally 'me', I normally plump for rose gold, but I love it!

Beatbo just chilling underneath 😂🙈

userxx · 07/12/2019 21:06

@Ginandgingers92 That is a nice tree. Very classy 👍

Ginandgingers92 · 07/12/2019 21:08

@userxx thank you! 😊

MzPumpkinPie · 07/12/2019 21:12

This is mine .
It's totally overloaded with decorations because we usually have a 10 ft tree and this is only 6ft , lots made by me over the years.
Although it gets redone about 12 times a day because my cat is a little tree trashing bitch 😂
