Condom Crisis - Puppy Love

KeepHimJolene · 28/11/2019 09:03

Posting for a friend.

Friend and her b/f are puppy sitting. They had sex last night and woke up this morning to an excitable puppy who bounded in their room and ate the used condom. They have 24 hours before handing the puppy back. What can they do to help the puppy pass said condom safely?

MN is full of absolutely unbelievable tales this morning

Redcherries · 28/11/2019 09:16

I’d take it to the vet, never mind trying to speed it through the digestive tract I’d be more concerned it could do some damage.

DogAndCatPerson · 28/11/2019 09:18

What’s with the terrible tabloid thread title?

Puppy needs to go the vet. Swallowed items can kill.

Aposterhasnoname · 28/11/2019 09:19

Take it to the vet and tell them to stop being so utterly disgusting as to leave a used condom on the bedroom floor Envy

TwiddleMuff · 28/11/2019 09:20

Err... gosh.

dynami · 28/11/2019 09:32

Take the dog to the vet ffs

GiveHerHellFromUs · 28/11/2019 09:35

Go to the vet and throw unused condoms away. That's utterly grim.

I hope they floor was laminate, not carpet

MagicKingdom17 · 28/11/2019 09:44
Shock
Winterdaysarehere · 28/11/2019 09:45

Well obviously if its a girl dpuppy it needs the MAP surely?

beminetonight · 28/11/2019 09:48

First thing to do is to take the dog to the vet.

kitk · 28/11/2019 09:53

Posting for a friend... yeah right!

CommunistLegoBloc · 28/11/2019 09:54

Of course.

IWorkAtTheCheesecakeFactory · 28/11/2019 09:55

Posting for a friend.

Grin no.

Beamur · 28/11/2019 09:56

Vet as a matter of urgency.
This could block the gut and potentially kill the dog.

PickwickThePlockingDodo · 28/11/2019 10:06

What's with the weird title??

Take the poor thing to the vets obviously if this is even real

KeepHimJolene · 28/11/2019 10:11

Yes utterly real. And 100% posting for a friend. Title and posting for a friend deliberately placed. I'm sitting in work. Friend is a colleague.

I said vets too but they want to make the dog sick which I advised against (strongly)

OP posts:
GiveHerHellFromUs · 28/11/2019 10:14

@KeepHimJolene colleague needs to go and take the dog to the vets right now or she could be going home to a dead puppy.
It's much more likely to cause a blockage than to come out if she tries to make it sick.

Tell her she's disgusting and to never ever get her own dog

NoSquirrels · 28/11/2019 10:15

If they were looking after my dog and didn’t take them to the vet I would be fucking LIVID.

That’s literally the point of them being there - to look after the dog, including emergencies.

FFS. Tell them to get over their embarrassment & get the dog to the vet.

GiveHerHellFromUs · 28/11/2019 10:16

@NoSquirrels the worst part is it's clearly not even embarrassment that's stopping them because she's happy enough to chat about it with colleagues

GwenCooper81 · 28/11/2019 10:17

That's beyond grim. If this is true, get the puppy to the vets.

Aposterhasnoname · 28/11/2019 10:17

Your colleague is vile. That puppy could die because of their selfish attitude. Do you know who owns it? Because I’d be ringing them and telling them that your colleague is potentially going to kill thief puppy.

Also, who’s looking after the poor thing now your colleague is at work?

Aposterhasnoname · 28/11/2019 10:19

Good point giveherhell, happy to brag about it to colleagues, too embarrassed to go to the vet. Yeah right!

ELM8 · 28/11/2019 10:20

I really hope this isn't real.

If it is real the puppy needs to get to the vet ASAP!

On a side note, if someone was staying in my house and left a used condom on the floor they would never be staying again. That's beyond grim.

IWorkAtTheCheesecakeFactory · 28/11/2019 10:21

Yeah contact the owner. Your mate is a dick.

Mummyoflittledragon · 28/11/2019 10:26

Is your colleague seriously at work and not at the vet? Confused
