And I'm getting all the blame. We're in Moravia in the Czech Republic, me, DH and 2 DS 11 and 16.We're here for 3 weeks and all they want to do is go swimming. It's a landlocked country obviously so just finding swimming pools.

I have been sightseeing on my own visiting castles and palaces every second or third day. It's a bit lonely and DH is sulking.

Discover Vienna today.Interested in the Hapsburgs.DH disapproves.

Help!!

That will be a super day Mitzi, Austerlitz is one of the most brilliant strategically fought battles in military history, Napoleon at his supreme best!
Have a wonderful day!

So you have taken your family on holiday to a place full of old castles and battlefields and you are mad with them because they are not as into as you are and that's somehow thier fault?.

Vienna - Cafe Central - get them to eat and admire the cake on offer. Great cinnamon buns and nut buns from the chain bakeries. There is a shop that looks like a deli an supermarket in the centre, but it is really a supermarket selling chocolate and it is lush. Dh had to drag me out.

I don't know if you're anywhere near Cesky Krumlov? It's fabulous.

One of the things I did there was lazy river rafting/tubing. If not in that area perhaps other places offer it.
