Can anyone identify what the things are in pic 7 of the kitchen?

I assume the black thing is the back of some kind of storage unit, but what is the silver thing that looks like a personal cryogenic chamber?

And why is it all wedged in the corner of what seems to be a fairly spacious kitchen on the floorplan?

I think it's a steam room in the bespoke treatment room.

TBH if I was the seller I'd be pretty pissed off with that estate agent.
