Do I want to travel 350 miles to see Rammstein tomorrow and the same back that night?

Do I? I've booked the tickets, paid for travel and they're my favourite band but the travelling!

Does anyone else book events and regret it?

We drove from Sussex to Manchester, and flew to Atlanta to see Joan Baez (the evening of the day we landed)
I was working for an airline at the time, but still a 9 hour flight!!

Do it!!

Ratonastick · 06/07/2019 09:36

Definitely go! F you have tickets you cannot possibly miss them. They are beyond awesome live!

The travel will be fine and will become part of the storytelling in years to come. Plus if you’re completely banjaxed you can stop at a motorway travelodge on the way back.

One of my huge massive regrets is having tickets to see the Foos and Biffy Clyro at Milton Keynes and not going, and that was eight years ago. I still kick myself. It’ll be worth it when you’re there.

I'm just stressing as I have not booked parking ! ☹️

There is pay and display parking in central milton Keynes, and there is a shuttle bus from the station.

QuestionableMouse · 06/07/2019 09:44

Are you driving op? I'd go if I was driving but not via public transport (too unreliable!)

IndecisiveasAlways · 06/07/2019 09:52

No Rammstein for me. I want to go but my health and disabilities have said no.

Do you have some kind of anxiety op?

I sometimes do this but I've found if I push myself to go I always have a great time and wonder why I was fretting.

IndecisiveasAlways · 06/07/2019 10:00

I have anxiety yes but I'm not at all anxious about this, but I am having a bad day with my PCOS and my disabilities. I can't stand for very long on a good day and I will have to stand for 9 hours. I should have bought a seat but I was having problems with the Eventim site and in my panic to get one I bought a standing one.

Sorry you’re feeling to poorly op Flowers

Can I buy your tickets Blush

IndecisiveasAlways · 06/07/2019 11:26

I would if I could though it's only one ticket but Eventim will only allow me to sell it now if I travel in person to Milton Keynes.(Stupid system)
