Hello, I've been struggling to keep my thyroid levels correct on medication for Graves Disease. Over the five years since diagnosis I have developed osteopenia and some extra heart beats and am now, reluctantly, considering giving up the fight for my thyroid. I find the hospital endocronologist unhelpful. They are quite glib about RAI. Two things: could anyone give me their experience and outcome during and after RAI and does anyone have a recommendation of a descent private endocrinologist in either Sussex, Surrey or London? I need to get some informed advice from someone who can listen to my concerns and answer my questions so I can make this big decission. Thanks everyone
