Yep, that's periods for you.

timeforakinderworld · 08/06/2019 20:21

Gah! I thought you meant drinking whiskey gave you those symptoms.

MarinaMarinara · 08/06/2019 20:21

Bloated - yes
sore joints - no, don't think so
constipation and diarrhoea alternating - yes
nausea -sometimes not always
unable to regulate body heat - yep
Sore itchy vulva - sometimes
extreme tiredness- no, not really
Moody - yes

I'm pregnant at the moment so havent had one in 200 days. Add headache to the list and I'd have double ticked it!

resisterpersister · 08/06/2019 20:23

Haha I thought you said whisky gave you those symptoms!

Whisky2014 · 08/06/2019 20:23

Lol well drinking whisky may give you more problems the following day!

missmouse101 · 08/06/2019 20:24

But.... having a period is not a condition.

ShesABelter · 08/06/2019 20:27

I'm 33 get all them apart from sore itchy vulva and sore joints but instead get itchy all over my body, breathless, can't sleep the night before, cramps, migraines , spotty and sore boobs. Great being a woman 😂

Fluffa · 08/06/2019 20:35

Diabetes type 1

Hollyhobbi · 08/06/2019 20:37

Could also be diabetes. Maybe get some bloods done to rule that and thyroid problems out?

Fluffa · 08/06/2019 20:39

it only happens pre period ?

OP posts:
Crunchymum · 08/06/2019 20:42

I thought you meant that it is actual whisky giving you all these symptoms Gin

Fluffa · 08/06/2019 20:44

MorondelaFrontera · 08/06/2019 20:44

having a period is not a condition.

I wish the medical world could understand it is when you notice them!
No one takes women seriously, it's such a shame, it's not like the medical world is entirely masculine!

icclemunchy · 08/06/2019 20:46

I would have said coeliac too

Oldraver · 08/06/2019 20:58

Well if you have PCOS do think about getting your bg checked at some point

Astrid0208 · 08/06/2019 21:01

Sounds like Lupus to me, bloody periods!

Fluffa · 08/06/2019 21:16

Tests for coeliac negative and glucose tolerance test ok too

OP posts:
iloveitalia · 08/06/2019 21:32

Fluffa, I have felt exactly like that during the last 2 or 3 days. It's horrible and there's nothing I can do to ease it! In my case, I know that PMT is to blame.

Stopyourhavering64 · 08/06/2019 21:46

An autoimmune illness of some kind...do you also get mouth ulcers?
Look at Bechets disease

DontGoIntoTheLongGrass · 08/06/2019 21:54

Ha I came on to say periods. Haven't been on contraception in 5 years and this is normal for me lol. Got IBS though and periods flare that up too.

DontGoIntoTheLongGrass · 08/06/2019 21:55

Fyi my celiac tests came back negative however I am still intolerant to wheat and barley. Just goes to show...

Fluffa · 08/06/2019 21:57

No mouth ulcers. My periods seem to take forever to start aswell it's like bits of scanty blood for days before starting properly
